Refund policy

Both Nova Digital offers carry a money-back guarantee. Here is exactly how each one works.

Social media management — one-month money-back

If you’re not happy with the posts in your first month on the $99/month plan, email us within that first month and we’ll refund the month in full. After the first month the plan runs month to month; you can cancel at any time and billing stops at the end of the paid period.

Custom website — love it or it’s free

You review the finished 5-page site after delivery, with one full revision round included. If after the revision round you still don’t love the site, reply to the delivery email and we refund the full $97. That is the entire process.

Optional hosting and maintenance

The $97/month hosting and maintenance plan is month to month. Cancel at any time and billing stops at the end of the paid period. Because you own your website design outright, we’ll hand over the site files so you can host it elsewhere.

How to request a refund

Email hello@nova.digital from the address you signed up with and tell us which service the refund is for. We’ll confirm by email once it’s processed.
